When plugged into the usb C connector of any device the AeroBook turns off and does not turn on until the device is unplugged
Looks like you have a short circuit on your usb port or cable. Try another usb-c cable, if that doesn’t help, you should probably write to the chuwi service. 
Tried with several usb C cables the problem is the same.
The battery holds a charge of up to 96% after which the AeroBook turns off. Works only with power adapter.
I also has same problem, this problem start after I got battery problem and battery cannot hold charge anymore. Before battery problem occur, usb c is working perfectly. Now, everytime I connect usb c adapter to hdmi, got sudden turn off.
