Supply reliability?

My brother took advantage of the current Summer Sale to order a Herobox N100. Today he got an email saying:
“We are sorry that HeroBox was out of stock and might be available in September.
If you do not want to wait for it, please contact us to cancel and refund.
Your patience is appreciated.”

“Might be available in September” doesn’t inspire confidence, and would it be at the same price!

Any thought’s on Chuwi’s reliability and if it’s worth waiting? (Just checked the website and it does still seem available to order, at the same price! Correction, that’s USA, not ‘other’!)

I am sorry. We have different warehouses in the world and that is why maybe there was a mistake on the stock. You can wait , if you want the same discount dont worry, you write again in this thread and i will give you one to use in the store.
