Touch Screen Calibration (Ubook , DEAD ZONES )

Hello Every One.

My Ubook (Not Pro SN: Q128G519030817 ) Have IC of UBook Pro 7385P (img 1) “i dont know why”, so i installed the last driver for ubook pro ( NanjingDriver) from here, and my touch works,
But! I have the dead zones in my touch screen (img) , the screen must me calibrated,

I tryed to calibrate my self with goodix app, but dead zone move to left or right. So i need configuration file like

GT7385P_Config_20191118_181954-YWHF12301.cfg

for my Ubook 11’6, and not ubook pro.

Or how calibrate my tablet? Thank you!

i applyed new bios update

Может вам стоит написать на 4pda или xda? Наверное там больше шансов получить различные файлы конфигурации, у модерации форума скорее всего нет этих файлов, а обычные пользователи редко в этом всём разбираются. :upside_down_face:

Попробую… Та я и емейлы отправлял в тех поддержку и че ток не делал. На 4pda кстати мертвая тема с убуком. на хда попробую сейчас) Спасиб

Sunline, good afternoon, can you explain better how you did this in your ubook? Just the touch screen that was not calibrated? You did the procedures in this sequence … installed all the drivers, then repaired using the image below this link and lastly updated the bios?

I have exactly the same issue. Have you solved? Have you any helpful file/driver?
