UBox 6600H SODIMM channel B not working

Hi,
I bought a new memory module for my UBox but the device uses the memory installed in channel A only.

The new module is:
Lexar SODIMM RAM DDR5 16GB 5600 MHz, 262-Pin SODIMM, 1.1V, CL46-45-45-90
Reference number:
LD5S16G56C46ST-BGS

So far I tried to boot the UBox this way…

Try 1:
Channel A = original module
Channel B = new module
Result: Only seen 16GB from channel A, expected 32GB from A+B

Try 2:
Channel A = new module
Channel B = original module
Result: Only seen 16GB from channel A, expected 32GB from A+B

Try 3:
Channel A = new module
Channel B = empty
Result: Only seen 16GB from channel A, as expected

Try 4:
Channel A = empty
Channel B = original module
Result: Does not boot !!

Try 5:
Channel A = empty
Channel B = new module
Result: Does not boot !!

The new module is same brand and almost identical to the original module that comes with the UBox.
It seems that channel B is not working properly because the device does not take the memory that I install on that slot and also the device does not boot if one module is installed on channel B only.
Is this a faulty unit maybe?

Please create a new subcategory for UBox in this forum.
Thanks,

We regret not being able to respond sooner.

Thank you for the tests performed with the original, new memory modules. This confirms that the module you purchased is compatible with the device and leads us to deduce that the memory bay may be defective.
To try to narrow down the problem, please carefully check that all the bay pins are correctly aligned and that none have become loose.
I also ask that you check the BIOS to see if the module can be located.
