USB-C is draining my AeroBook battery very quickly

I had a USB-C hub with no devices attached to my AreoBook and the battery was empty in no time.
Is there something special about the USB-C port of the AeroBook that I should be aware of or do I need a specific USB-C hub for the port?

I imagine that a hub does not have only the cables that communicate with the different ports, but will have electronic components such as capacitors, resistors or chips that may have some consumption, so it is advisable not to leave the hub connected to the device
