Is your problem already solved? Hope so. How long did it take to respond? On the website they say that the response time is 48 hours, but my last message has been 4 days and I still have no response. I have a problem in which the Corebox 4th is not recognizing a Thunderbolt eGPU, as shown in the advertisement on the website, which is the main reason why I bought this MiniPC (I detail the problem in another topic).

I haven’t solved anything. Eventually I had to ship the mini PC to China. I am waiting for the full refund via PayPal. Bad assistance.
