Aerobook - battery not charging

Do you need to replace the battery?As far as I know, the repair station in Spain cannot provide the service of replacing the battery for the time being.You may have to send it to Hong Kong.

I have the same problem, my aerobook is not charging, help me please.

As far as I can see everyone is going to have the same problem son or later, and CHUWI is doing NOTHING to repair it!

At least tell us somewhere to buy a new battery. The laptop is useless without battery.

I’m using the laptop for only 5 months. I sent e-mail 1 month ago and still no reply. It is obviously a manufacturing problem. lots of people are having the same problem and CHUWI can’t provide a solution.

I really liked my Aerobook, but with that problem and no solucion i won’t buy any product of that brand again.

If you at least tell us where can we buy a new battery I would be glad

You can contact our after-sales service to buy batteries. If there is no reply as you said, please tell me your email.If you don’t want to buy our official battery, you can also wait for @manonegra222 sharing.

(ps: To find a solution on his part, he bought a battery with the same characteristics but not the original one. When he receive it, he will test it and, if it gives a good result, he will write his conclusions, the cost and he could do a tutorial, to publish it in the forum, with the steps to be done and that any user can do it at home without no problem.)

I had the same problem with the AeroBook battery. It occurred at 6 months since I have it and suddenly, the battery began to fall at high speed from 6 hours of use to less than half and, from there, went at least until I could not use it without the charger connected.
I have asked for an alternative battery, not the original one, to avoid falling back into the same fault and right now I am writing to you from my AeroBook with 65% battery and it tells me the indicator that I have 5 hours and 20 minutes of battery left, something that I don’t believe but that I think solves the problem.
Now I will communicate it to Chuwi and prepare a tutorial for changing the battery, which is very, very simple so that other users can solve their problem.
Anyway, write to aftersale@chuwi.com so that Chuwi can size the scope of the incident

Where did you bought that battery? Any Links or the Name or Model of that battery?

I just wrote to Chuwi with the solution and the link, please wait for them to study the case and authorize the publication of the link and the tutorial.

Can you at least Tell me, how much you paid for that Battery? And How long does it take for Chuwi to study the case and give the authorisation? I Need my Aerobook for University Daily and can‘t wait another 1-2 Month…

Your situation should be a battery issue. Within the warranty period, you can request a replacement
