I bought my laptop last June 2021 and now I am experiencing the same battery problem this past week. I’m waiting for a reply from service@chuwi.com and the seller. Otherwise, I plan to replace the battery myself.

Hi, compre este modelo en agosto de 2020 por tiendamia (desde EEUU a Argentina). Cuando llego a mi casa la bateria ya no cargaba, tenia que usarla solo enchufada. Hace 2 meses empezo a hincharse, al punto que ahora no puedo cerrarla. Necesito cambiar la bateria. He visto que has comprado esa por aliexpress. mi duda es si puedo encargarla, que el proveedor la entregue por el asunto de las baterias que explotan y que no la traben en aduanas. Que opinais?
I bought this model in August 2020 through Tiendamia (from the USA to Argentina). When it arrived home the battery was no longer charging, I had to use it only plugged in. After that, 2 months ago it started to swell. Now I´m not able to close it. I urgently need to change that battery. You could get it on aliexpress. My doubt is if it will be possible to order it, or if the supplier will deliver it due to the riski of explosion or if customs would accept it. What is your opinion?
