UBook Pro dead after charging with USB - C

@Management, can you refer to the situation mentioned above?

There are some users that incorrectly tried to charge the Chuwi UBook Pro N4100 over the USB-C port, using (in most cases) mobile chargers that do not support Power Delivery standard.

Supposedly, due to the wrong currents negotiation between USB controller and mobile charger, the charger gave too high voltage and some components got burned, causing problems in booting up the tablet, giving blue flickering or having trouble in staying powered on.

Can you help in determinig, which components might be dead and has to be repaired in order to bring the UBook to life?

To add another data point: Just received a 65W USB-C PD charger yesterday and it charges my Ubook Pro (N4100) without any issues. It even charges at about 2x the rate of the supplied charger with pin connection. As I’m not the first to find this working just fine, I guess we can pretty much confirm that the N4100-model does support charging over USB-C as long as you use a true PD-charger that can supply enough power/voltage and a USB-C cable that is rated for higher currents.
