PS: To flash bios will erase the product key, so we don’t offer the Hi 10 pro bios in the forum. Besides, to flash bios is risky, it will brick your tablet if your use a incorrect bios.

Will have the tutorial how to install? Because my chuwi does not boot Android, only Windows.

Would this also work for the h10 plus model?

I have HQ64G421712XXXX - should I download 2017.03 or 2017.11? I’m guessing I should use 2017.11, but the instructions seem to indicate I should use 2017.03.

Always the previous one closest to yours (1711)

Hello, someone can help me with the bios file for chuwi hi10 pro hq64G42170103446. Please hepl me!!!

Hi, I have a problem flashing my Hi10Pro: Platform Flash Tool is getting stuck - every single command times out. I am trying to re-flash Android.

I finally managed to get my Hi10Pro (HQ64…) to be recognized by my Windows PC. It shows up in the Platform Flash Tool. When I try to start flashing an image, I can choose between “blank”, “recover”, “update”.
However, every single attempt by the tool to invoke a fastboot command to flash something fails, although the tablet is in DNX fastboot mode.

In the log I can see that after the first attempt to flash something, the device disconnects…

Would anyone be able to give me some advice how to fix this?

This is the log from the flashing tool:
